June 7th, Bitter-sweet goodbyes

On the last day of our project, we had a bitter-sweet feeling. We were happy to successfully finish our project and of being able to instruct teenagers our age about things they normally wouldn't have access to, but we were also sad about not seeing them weekly since it had become a routine. We were proud to see that the participants of our project had some innovative ideas for their small businesses, and we were amazed at the creative way they presented them. After the presentations, we gave them each a diploma, and we declared them graduates of our program.
