March 22nd, Good strategies equal good results

We decided to bring their food each Monday in order to motivate them and also with the intent that we could get to know them as well as bond with them so that they would trust us and be more honest when we asked for feedback. Our purpose was to teach them valuable information, but we wanted to add a friendly approach to it. On the second day, we reviewed what they learned on the first week and answered any questions about the platform along with questions about the course. During this, we talked to them and got to know them better.
